We break your script into shots and decide, shot by shot, what to film live, what to extend from a real take, and what to generate.
Shot lists, storyboards and a production plan built around the hybrid split, so budget goes where the performance is.
We plan and supervise the capture of your real locations: 3D scans, reference photography, plates, and the facts of the day like sun position and lensing.
On-set guidance for the takes the pipeline depends on, so the footage you shoot can carry the shots you don't.
Keyframes and generated coverage built from your own footage and locations, conformed to match, and delivered to your edit.
Real and generated clips handed off side by side, clearly labelled, with a record of how every generated shot was made.
Our pipeline
Actors are filmed, not synthesised from a prompt. Generation extends real takes rather than inventing performances.
Every generated shot starts from material captured at your actual location, so the world on screen is the one you chose.
Projects live on our own machines, not on a third-party platform. Only the reference frames a shot needs are sent to a model.
Model usage is estimated before anything is generated, so there are no surprises on the budget.
Model, prompt, references and cost are recorded for each generated clip, so you always know what was shot and what was made.
Our tools
Behind the studio is Isora, the software we're building to run this pipeline: script breakdown, shot planning, location capture, storyboarding and generation in one place.

Our first bench test took a phone scan of a bedroom, framed shots in it, and restored those renders into photographic keyframes on a laptop. Reference photos cut the hallucinations, with one important catch.
